WOW Tinting provides automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting and related film services in the Kailua-Kona, Hawaii area, including but not limited to window film installation, removal, and related products. Services are performed at our shop location or on-site, depending on the service type.
2. Scope of Work
Each service is performed according to the specific scope outlined in your quote, work order, or invoice — including film type, coverage area, and number of windows or panels. Work outside that agreed scope (such as additional windows, added services, or unforeseen repairs discovered on-site) is not included unless separately quoted and approved by you before work begins.
Any changes to the scope of work once a job is underway will be communicated to you, along with any adjustment to price or timeline, before we proceed.
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes and estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by our AI receptionist are based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation upon in-person or on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, building size, film selection, and other job-specific factors identified at the time of service.
4. Booking and Appointments
- Automotive appointments are booked directly and do not require prior approval.
- Residential and commercial appointments require quote approval and, in most cases, a deposit before scheduling is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you as early as possible.
5. Cancellations
We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
6. Payment
Payment terms, including deposits for residential and commercial work, will be outlined in your quote or work order. Full payment is generally due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Film Cure Time and Care
Window film requires a curing period after installation, during which minor haziness, small water bubbles, or moisture between the film and glass may be visible — this is normal and will resolve during curing. Specific care instructions (including window operation restrictions and cleaning guidance) will be provided at the time of service. Damage resulting from failure to follow these care instructions is not covered under warranty.
8. Warranty
Any product or workmanship warranty will be provided separately at the time of purchase and is specific to the film manufacturer and installation type. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or normal wear.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOW Windows Tinting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
